This week’s highlight was our trip to the Arches Project, following our fantastic response to our Eco-Council’s plea for toys.
We collected toys, games and jigsaw puzzles so that they could be given to the children of needy families at Christmas.
Dr Hanslo and I had the pleasure of the Year 6 Eco-Councillors’ company during our visit. We were all impressed with the scale of the operation as we looked around the complex!
As a special reward for bringing in the items listed above, we shall be holding a non-uniform day on Thursday 13th December.
We began our achievement on a similar theme…

Student of the Week goes to Mark for putting an incredible amount of effort into his homework, especially in Mathematics and History.
Please could I ask if all boys’ personal items are labeled. We have a vast quantity of lost property that we are unable to repatriate, as can be seen from the photographs.
Any items left over at the end of term will be donated to charity.
